Fall Traditions!

On Saturday it was a nice fall day.  We made our yearly visit to a local pumpkin farm.  We were a little late this year so they were sold out of pumpkins.  We enjoyed the farm and then headed to Wal-Mart for pumpkins. This farm makes the best kettle corn (Lizzie couldn't even stop eating to take a picture).

There was the cutest calf that was so soft and fuzzy. I love babies in all forms.  I thought it was soooo cute.

We visited the same farm last year and the kids got measured.  It is fun to see the difference a year makes.

Of course we had to take the fun picture. I really like the cat!

My hubby Dan and son Sam carved a Denver Bronco pumpkin.  Pretty good if you ask me.

It was nice to have kids old enough to get the gunk out of the pumpkins by themselves.

We ended the night at our church Halloween party and trunk-or-treat. We had yummy chili and corn bread, fun conversation and the kids got tons of candy.  I think that was a great Saturday!

Marlee is a cowgirl and Lizzie is a girl from China (Sam had a friend party).
Happy Halloween!
